This exciting and informative presentation will include CTEC’s new STAR (Supportive Training with Active Respect) online program presented by individuals using their communication systems (www.ctecaac.org).   Sacramento Public Library staff will also demonstrate the new We Speak Library speech device which enables non- or less verbal patrons to communicate successfully with library staff. And Voice Options will discuss how anyone in California can have a communication system at no cost (www.voiceoptions.org).
