The Genealogical Association of Sacramento (GAS) works to encourage the research, publication, and preservation of genealogical and historical material; to instruct and lend assistance to the public in modern methods of research. The Association offers many educational opportunities to attend seminars and classes in genealogy-related subjects. There is usually something for everyone at our workshops, from the beginner to the more experienced genealogist. We meet the third Wednesday of each month except August and December.
