Talk, sing, read, write, and play with us! Toddlers ages 18 months – 3 years and their caregivers are invited to join Mr. Ricardo for 30 minutes of fun songs, rhymes, stories, and fingerplays, all designed to build early literacy skills. A play-time with age-appropriate, educational toys follows this free program hosted by Franklin Community Library.
