Like science? Like reading? Join us for the Kids Science Book Club!

Every meeting kids can talk about a science-themed book, then we'll demonstrate an experiment you can try at home! Register in advance to reserve a free copy of the discussion book and the supplies for the experiment.*

This session, we'll be reading The Garden by Gwendolyn Hooks, and experimenting with terrariums.

*Registration for this session of the Kids Science Book Club is currently full. Videos will be posted on YouTube after the event and you can gather the supplies and try the experiments at home!

Supplies:
16 ounce jar
Potting soil
Pebbles
Activated charcoal
Succulents
Preserved moss and other decorative elements

*This meeting is presented on Zoom, with materials distributed in advance to registrants via mail or in-person pickup at select distribution sites. Supplies are limited.
