Join us for "Tips to Quit Smoking," presented by the American Lung Association. It doesn't matter how old you are or how long you've been smoking, quitting smoking at any time improves your health. When you quit, you can add years to your life, breathe more easily, have more energy, and lower your risk for chronic health conditions. 

In this presentation, learn the negative side effects of smoking and secondhand smoke, tobacco basics, and resources from the American Lung Association to help you quit.
