Adult 101: Life Skills for Teens & Young Adults is a six-week workshop series for ages 16-24 focusing on six areas of core life skills to support the transition from teen to adulthood. The goal of this program is to help participants become more prepared and successful in their academic and professional pursuits.
Join us for this week’s session on Personal Organization & Time
Management presented in partnership with Librarian and Professor from Sacramento City College, Pam Posz. This session will cover the best ways to keep yourself organized and on track, while keeping the stress low. It will also cover a "what’s next" section on organizing your tools for job hunting and starting a LinkedIn profile. Each participant will receive a dot journal planner to be used in the session and digital certificate of completion.
