It is not required to attend all 7 sessions. You may come for all, some, or just one.
About the instructor: Kat Sholan Sun has been practicing yoga for 25 years. Her class offerings are focused on breath, sensation, present moment awareness and gratitude. She is excited to share the power of this transformative practice with others on their wellness journey.
