Join us for Reach & Read, a yoga and book talk series, led by local yoga instructor, Kat Sun. Sessions will include mindful movement, breathing exercises, and guided meditation. Each week will be focused on one of the seven chakras. Suitable for all ages, abilities, and body types. Following the yoga demonstration, there will be a short book talk based on that week's chakra (see selected books below). 

Registration via Zoom is required. Please click here to register. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the session. 

It is not required to attend all 7 sessions. You may come for all, some, or just one. 

About the instructor: Kat Sholan Sun has been practicing yoga for 25 years. Her class offerings are focused on breath, sensation, present moment awareness and gratitude. She is excited to share the power of this transformative practice with others on their wellness journey.
