Join us at the Fair Oaks Library for Memory
Café, a social gathering for individuals living with memory loss and cognitive
impairment in a safe and welcoming space.
- Intended for older adults living with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), early-stage Alzheimer's disease or another dementia, and their care partners. Participants are asked to be accompanied by a care partner or family member.
- Learn about resources from the Alzheimer's Association, Agency on Aging, and Sacramento Public Library.
- New activities each month, such as art, poetry, music and more.
- Thursday, March 9th: Ireland Tales and Travel
- Thursday, April 13th: Found Poems
- Thursday, May 11th: Flower arranging
Pre-screening for all
participants is required. Please fill out this form.
A representative from the Alzheimer's Association will contact you via phone to
ensure the program is a good fit for you and your loved one.
