Reach & Read: 5 Elements

Join us for Reach & Read, a yoga and book talk series, led by local yoga instructor, Kat Sun. Sessions will include mindful movement, breathing exercises, and guided meditation. Each week will be focused on one of the five elements. Suitable for all ages, abilities, and body types. Following the yoga demonstration, there will be a short book talk based on that week's element (see selected books below). 

Week 1: April 13th - Earth

Registration via Zoom is required. Please click here to register.  After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the session. 

It is not required to attend all 5 sessions. You may come for all, some, or just one. 

Dress comfortably, in clothing you can move and stretch in. 

Recommended props to have on hand: Yoga mat, strap (dog leash, belt, sash will work), yoga blocks or pillows, and a firm blanket.
