Adult 101: Life Skills for Teens & Young Adults is a six-week workshop series for ages 16-24 focusing on six areas of core life skills to support the transition from teen to adulthood. The goal of this program is to help participants become more prepared and successful in their academic and professional pursuits.

Join us for this week’s session on Healthy Living presented in partnership with Health Education Council followed by a 30-minute basic yoga lesson. In this week’s session, you will learn about how food advertising impacts eating choices; shopping for healthy meals on a budget; a hands-on food demo to make a quick, cheap and good tasting healthy meal; followed by a 30-minute basic yoga tutorial. Each participant will receive an insulated grocery shopping bag, yoga mat and digital certificate of completion.

Registration is required for this event.
