Event Details

Adult 101: Life Skills for Teens & Young Adults is a six-week workshop series for ages 16-24 focusing on six areas of core life skills to support the transition from teen to adulthood. The goal of this program is to help participants become more prepared and successful in their academic and professional pursuits.

Join us for this week’s session on Job Readiness presented in partnership with SETA/Sacramento Works. In this week’s session, we will cover the process of seeking and securing employment by marketing yourself to potential employers, beginning with familiarizing yourself with the skills you already have. We will also cover digital skills for the job search, resume writing, and interview preparation. Each participant will receive a resume padfolio and digital certificate of completion.

Register for this virtual event.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
