Sacramento County Public Health and Agency on Aging Area 4 present Bingocize. Bingocize is a free evidence-based program that combines a bingo-like game with exercise and health education. The program has increased functional fitness, health knowledge and social engagement. The program will meet in the Jane Wise Community Room 2 times a week, every Wednesday and Friday for 10 weeks. Please note there will be no class on Friday, April 12th.
